Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Patyka's skincare products to healthcare professionals.
- Plan educational sessions and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and adoption.
- Represent Patyka during local and worldwide dermatologist and aesthetics congresses and events.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets through strategic territory management and account planning.
- Develop and implement effective territory call plans for the assigned clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to generate sales leads and secure orders.
Relationship Management:
- Effectively build rapport and professional relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support regarding product usage.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide timely reports and insights to management to inform strategic decision-making.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory levels.
- Submit timely competition reports, call logs, etc.
- Submit quarterly activities plan and ensure on-time approvals and execution.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the skincare or dermatology sector.
- Experience working in the GCC region.
- Established network with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
