Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Collect patient information and verify insurance details.
Update and maintain electronic medical records.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and insurance claim submissions.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Minimum Requirements
