Job description

Al Nahrain Medical Center located in Ajman is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Call Center Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the center.
  2. Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  3. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our medical scheduling software.
  4. Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
  5. Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  6. Assist patients with the registration process and ensure all information is accurately recorded.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  8. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
  9. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  10. Assist with billing and insurance claims as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a receptionist, call center agent, or in a similar customer service role.
  3. Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Proficient in using office software and medical scheduling systems.
  7. Professional appearance and attitude.
  8. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  9. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is an advantage.
  10. Must have their own visa.
