Job Title : Medical Laboratory Technologist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our healthcare team. As a crucial member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and providing accurate and timely diagnostic information to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct laboratory tests
2. Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, urine, tissue, and other bodily fluids using manual and automated methods.
3. Analyze results
4. Interpret test results, identify abnormalities, and report findings to healthcare providers.
5. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
6. Follow safety protocols
7. Adhere to laboratory safety procedures, handle hazardous materials, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Collaborate with healthcare team
9. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other laboratory staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Ideal Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
2. Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Certified Laboratory Technician (CLT) certification.
3. You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
4. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
5. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
6. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
7. You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
