The Job:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, urine, tissue, and other bodily fluids using manual and automated methods.
• Analyze results
• Interpret test results, identify abnormalities, and report findings to healthcare providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
• Follow safety protocols
• Adhere to laboratory safety procedures, handle hazardous materials, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other laboratory staff to ensure seamless patient care.

The Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Certified Laboratory Technician (CLT) certification.
• At least 2 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
• Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
