Medical Laboratory Technologist/Phlebotomist - Thumbay Labs

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests on patient specimens, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Collect blood samples using venipuncture and capillary techniques while minimizing discomfort for patients.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Document and report test results promptly, ensuring effective communication with medical staff and patients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment, specifically in phlebotomy.
• Preference for candidates with experience in a high-volume laboratory setting.
• Candidates should be able to join Immediately.
• MOH Evaluation is mandatory.
