Job Title: Medical Lab Technologist (Blood Bank Exp)

Reports to: Laboratory Manager / Head of Blood Bank

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technologist with expertise in Blood Bank to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing blood bank testing, ensuring accurate and timely results, and supporting laboratory operations in a hospital/clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct blood typing, crossmatching, and antibody screening in the blood bank.
• Prepare blood products for transfusion and ensure safe storage and handling.
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving laboratory technical issues.
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide accurate diagnostic support.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• Blood Bank experience and knowledge of transfusion medicine.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in blood bank and laboratory testing.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and quality control processes.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in lab testing.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
