Conduct routine and specialized tests in Hematology, Pathology, and Blood Transfusion, including CBC, coagulation studies, blood typing, and cross matching, ensuring high accuracy in results.
Ensure compliance with ISO 15189 and JCI standards by performing regular calibration, quality control checks, and equipment maintenance to ensure reliable test results.
Analyze test results, verify their accuracy, and communicate abnormal or critical findings to clinicians in a timely manner.
Manage blood components, including storage, labeling, and compatibility testing, ensuring safe and efficient blood transfusion practices.
Follow strict safety and infection control procedures, ensuring proper disposal of hazardous materials and maintaining a clean, sterile laboratory environment.
Troubleshoot laboratory instruments and resolve any technical issues promptly to prevent delays in testing and ensure continuous operation of diagnostic equipment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our Core Lab team.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in Hematology, Pathology, and Blood Transfusion departments, with a strong understanding of laboratory operations and adherence to ISO and JCI standards.
The successful applicant will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, maintaining equipment, ensuring patient safety, and ensuring the highest level of quality control in all laboratory processes.
Looking for staff with MOH evaluation/license, DHA eligibility.
Candidate in UAE will be preferred.
