This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for delivering tailored insurance solutions, strong communication and negotiation skills and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The Candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of selecting the best medical insurance policies, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Proactively handle inbound inquiries, delivering expert advice on medical insurance products to new and existing clients.
2. Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and recommend insurance solutions using strong consultative and negotiation skills.
3. End-to-End Service: Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience from the initial contact to policy issuance.
4. Quotations and Presentations: Present and clearly explain insurance quotations, providing expert guidance to facilitate informed decisions and successfully close deals.
5. Relationship Building: Establish trust and long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

Desired Skills

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
2. Sales Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in medical insurance sales and administration.
3. Good Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional and friendly tone.
