Medical Director

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of medical operations, including clinical care, patient safety, and quality improvement.
• Develop and implement medical policies and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to medical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve medical services.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as healthcare providers and regulatory agencies.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical research and technology, and incorporate new findings into clinical practice.
• Represent the organization in medical conferences, seminars, and other professional events.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid DHA License
• Years of work experience: 10+ years of experience in healthcare management or medical administration.
• Language requirements: Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus.
