Job Description

• Review and analyze medical claims submissions for accuracy and compliance with regulations, ensuring timely processing.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to resolve discrepancies and gather additional information as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Paramedic or medical doctor is preferable.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the UAE market to handle reimbursement claims, preferably from Boker/ TPA/ Insurer.
• Handle outpatient, inpatient, and outside UAE preapprovals efficiently and professionally within the boundaries of policy terms and conditions if required.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex medical and insurance terminology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
• Prior experience with appeals and denials management in a healthcare setting will be a plus.
