Job description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Clinic Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a welcoming attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage a variety of administrative and managerial tasks essential for the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist patients with their inquiries and appointments.
  2. Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  3. Manage patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes.
  4. Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  5. Maintain organized and accurate patient records.
  6. Provide support to medical staff as required.
  7. Implement and manage clinic procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Proficiency in computer applications and office software (MS Office).
  4. Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
