As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns, focusing on driving high-quality traffic and generating leads for our real estate business. As a Google Ads Specialist at Azco Real Estate, you will work closely with our marketing team to create and execute effective Google Ads strategies that support our business goals and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Creation & Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and YouTube ads, to promote our real estate listings, services, and brand.
  2. Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.
  3. Ad Copy & Creative Strategy: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching and effective ad creatives.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and provide regular reports to the management team.
  5. Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal spending and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  6. A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices, as well as industry trends in the real estate market.
  8. Collaboration: Work with the SEO, content, and design teams to align PPC strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, must have a proven experience in the Real Estate industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Google Analytics.
  3. Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  5. Ability to write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
  6. Strong communication and project management skills.
  7. Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  8. Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
