Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain property vehicles, tools, and equipment including checking oil, tire pressure/wear, and other preventative maintenance.
2. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
3. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities.
4. Track status of open maintenance issues using computer, log book, or white board.
5. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, power and manual pallet jacks, four-wheel carts and two-wheel dollies, dock plates, and roll-up doors.
6. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects.
