Mechanical Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Firefighting Equipment:

• Inspect, test, and maintain fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and other firefighting equipment.
• Respond to fire alarms and emergencies.
• Conduct fire safety training and drills.

Plumbing Systems:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks and clogs.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.

HVAC Systems:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC problems.
• Ensure that HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
