1. MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in MEP field (High Rise Building):

• With expertise in mechanical systems for high-rise construction. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage projects, possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems, and lead a team to ensure the successful delivery of MEP construction project.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of MEP systems for high-rise construction projects.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
• Perform a comprehensive review of project scope, client requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and specifications from bid documents.
• Initiate material inquiries with relevant suppliers and evaluate proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Obtain material submittals from selected suppliers and prepare them in accordance with project specifications.
• Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawings align with project requirements.
• Identify and address conflicts and discrepancies within the project, communicating effectively with the project team.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

Skills:

• Technically sound on applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to conduct mechanical analysis and calculations.
• Ability to meet work schedules and deadlines.
• Skills in feasibility study, Procurement, Estimation project controls, cost estimates, quantity take offs, and manpower requirements for proposals, forecast, and variations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in MEP field with high-rise experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, LPG and fire protection systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in MEP field (High Rise Building):

• The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for managing and supervising MEP-related activities for multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to project specifications, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing site operations, and delivering cost-effective and efficient MEP solutions while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage MEP projects, ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
• Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and raise RFIs for clarifications.
• Coordinate with the design team for preparation and approval of MEP drawings and calculations.
• Prepare and submit material submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise and guide the workforce and subcontractors to ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and timelines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including civil, architectural, consultant, and client teams, to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and manage snagging activities for project handover.
• Facilitate authority inspections (e.g., DEWA, DCD, SIRA, DU) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support testing and commissioning (T&C) processes, providing technical insights and resolving issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related materials, in coordination with the document controller.
• Provide regular updates to the MEP Division In-Charge on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10-12 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in the UAE, preferably with a valid UAE driving license.
• DM approved. DEWA certified.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction-related software.
• Strong technical knowledge in Electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, LPG, ELV, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on deadlines and quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Proactive and organized approach to project documentation and team management.
