Create a full submittal of draft drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, flow diagrams, standard details, and looping of pipes in the mechanical room. Proper revisions should be made and submitted again for approval using drafting software and its related programs.
Prepare design drawings for HVAC systems based on criteria for residential and commercial complexes, sketching the design by collecting total cooling flow and connecting accordingly.
Work on HVAC systems to complete the design concept by selecting the flow with its total engineering conversion.
Draw the system for HVAC, ventilation, fresh air ducts, and louvers, indicating all dampers, outlets, and their connections in a proper manner.
Work on the drainage system (one-way and two-way distribution) within fixture units for stack ejection.
Work on-site piping layouts, calculating invert levels from the starting point to the end on a minimum slope. For higher drops in pipes, use lift stations to maintain the slope. All pipeline systems can be connected through manholes and dumped into sewage tanks.
Draft the design scope for kitchen appliances for their waste disposal into grease interceptors and oil interceptors, sizing them according to their waste disposal with the help of flow diagrams.
