Mechanical Fabrication Supervisor

INTECH Process Automation is looking for an energized and capable professional for the role of a Mechanical Fabrication Supervisor, the primary objective of them would be to ensure that the given targets are completed within the given timeframe.

Key Responsibilities :

• Site Management : The role involves efficiently overseeing Mechanical Fabrication activities at various INTECH sites across the UAE.
• Schedule Management : The selected candidate must be adept at managing and maintaining the fabrication schedule to ensure timely project completion.
• Vendor Coordination : Expedite and guide the production team of external vendors to align with the original project schedule.
• Quality Assurance : Collaborate closely with the INTECH QC Team to facilitate inspections and testing at different project stages, in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) documents.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in managing Mechanical Fabrication activities.
• BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Strong organizational and schedule management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate with vendor production teams.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspections.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
