Position: Mechanical Estimation & Take-off Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical contracting projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop competitive bids.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess technical requirements and feasibility.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and tender submissions.
• Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in estimation for projects within the UAE.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Strong understanding of UAE market rates, suppliers, and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of project planning and management principles.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Must be currently available in the UAE for interviews.
