Responsibilities:

• Lead interdisciplinary coordination for large-scale projects including commercial malls, airports, stations, and public buildings.
• Act as the primary liaison between different engineering and architectural disciplines to ensure project alignment and integration.
• Facilitate communication among team members to identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
• Develop and implement coordination strategies to streamline project workflows.
• Review and approve designs to ensure compliance with project specifications and objectives.
• Oversee and guide team members on project deliverables and deadlines.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on coordination progress and challenges.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in interdisciplinary coordination for high-complexity projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, preferably exceeding AED 200M budget.
• Strong leadership skills with experience as a team coordinator or interdisciplinary coordinator preferred.
• Proficiency in project coordination tools and software (e.g. Revit, BIM 360, or Primavera).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
