Job Position: Mechanical Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering specializing in wet services for high-rise buildings, villas, and residential projects.

Education: Bachelor's in mechanical engineering. Specialized studies in wet services or building systems is a plus.

Certifications: LEED, ASHRAE, or BREEAM certifications preferred.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, stormwater management, sewage systems, fire protection, rainwater harvesting, and water conservation technologies.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.

Industry Experience: Experience in engineering consultancy, particularly in high-rise and residential sectors, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement wet services systems including plumbing, sewage, stormwater management, and fire protection.
2. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of water-related systems.
3. Ensure compliance with local building codes and sustainability standards.
4. Oversee system installation, testing, and commissioning.
5. Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
6. Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and technicians onsite.
