Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

As an Engineer Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of mechanical systems and equipment used in our cable manufacturing processes. Your role will involve troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs, and executing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our high-performance standards and ensuring seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment used in the cable manufacturing process.
2. Collaborate with production teams to monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
4. Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in compliance with company safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
6. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment and systems in the manufacturing line.
7. Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest mechanical technologies and maintenance practices.

Qualifications: B.E /B. Tech- Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer experience, preferably in cable manufacturing or related industry.

Skills:

1. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
3. Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
4. Experience with cable manufacturing machinery is a plus.
