Job Description:

We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Mechanical or Electrical Engineers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates must possess AEE or equivalent certification and have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ESCO (Energy Service Company) or Sustainable Engineering projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage energy efficiency projects in alignment with ESCO principles.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of energy-efficient systems and equipment.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, technologies, and best practices in sustainable engineering.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for clients.
• Work closely with sales teams to support business development efforts and secure new projects.
• Utilize knowledge of PV Solar design and installations for energy efficiency solutions (preferred).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) certification or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ESCO or Sustainable Engineering projects.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing energy-saving projects.
• Experience in PV Solar design and installations is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and business development capabilities are highly desirable.
