Mechanical Draughtsman

Responsible for the design and AutoCAD Shop Drawings, as-built drawings for MEP projects related to High Rise Towers, Building Projects, and Villas.

Preparation of coordination Shop Drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, etc. Responsible for preparing design works, quantity take-off, and preparation of As-Built drawings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of MEP related Shop Drawings as per consultant’s and authority requirements.
2. Preparation of coordination drawings. Assist Project Manager and project team in preparation of project-related drawings.
3. Preparation of HVAC and Plumbing drawings.
4. Processing of Subcontractor shop drawings.
5. Making As-Built drawings according to authority requirements.
6. Perform other tasks as instructed by immediate head from time to time.
7. Awareness/exposure on various construction/System methodologies.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in luxury residential projects preferably villas.
3. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD.
