Mechanical Draftsman

Job Responsibilities

1. To create proper product design and manufacturing drawings sets, considering the effective cost.
2. To generate project drawing sets covering all types of drawings with a proper and accurate bill of materials and other requirements.
3. Apply stress analysis to define the required material when it’s relevant.
4. To follow company/department ISO procedures for all steps to keep the system in place.
5. Effective time management is required.
6. To visit sites, collect relevant data, and present/report it properly.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Inventor Software Experience Preferred.
2. University Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Process.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience with a manufacturing company in the field of water & wastewater treatment is preferable.
4. Consolidated knowledge of water and wastewater (municipal & industrial) treatment and its equipment is required, with the capability to design new products from basic sketches.
5. Professional in product design using Inventor/AutoCAD with strong knowledge of engineering drawing methodologies.
