Mechanic In Workshop

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior staff in activities such as aircraft fuel handling, wheels & brakes servicing, nitrogen recharging, engine servicing, etc., to provide essential support for departmental operational activities.
2. Carry out basic support servicing and/or component replacements of EK and third-party aircraft as instructed and supervised by the Licensed Engineers.
3. Inspect all equipment before use to ensure they are fully operational and inform the Supervisor on duty of any faults for repair.
4. Ensure tools, equipment, and systems (including Ultramain) are well maintained in the relevant workplace.
5. Maintain and ensure the safety of self and others by taking safety precautions at all times, continuously monitoring the working area, and taking corrective action to keep it clean and obstruction-free to avoid accidents.
6. Work on cleaning aircraft/engine parts in accordance with approved manual specifications.
7. Assist during push-back operations to ensure that the procedure is carried out efficiently and safely.
8. Assist the Senior Mechanic/Aircraft Engineer with snag rectification and component change, using special tools to make the aircraft fully operational and avoid delayed departures.
