Mechanic

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, including compressors, generators, and welding machines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including compressors, generators, and welding machines. Ensure all machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.
2. Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose mechanical issues in industrial equipment using diagnostic tools and methods. Implement effective solutions to restore equipment functionality.
3. Installation: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration according to manufacturer specifications.
4. Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of machinery to detect potential issues before they lead to breakdowns. Replace or repair defective parts as necessary.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Prepare reports on equipment condition and any work performed.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Follow all regulations and guidelines for operating and maintaining machinery.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other mechanics, engineers, and production staff to address equipment issues and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an industrial mechanic, with a focus on the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment such as compressors, generators, and welding machines.
2. Education: Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
