MECHANIC

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles, ensuring they operate at peak performance and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using computerized and manual testing methods.
• Repair or replace faulty parts, components, and systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on all serviced vehicles.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to guide repair processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members about vehicle conditions and repair needs.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Perform road tests to ensure proper vehicle operation after repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical school certification in automotive technology preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience as an automotive mechanic.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of various vehicle makes and models.
• Comprehensive understanding of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and computerized components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new technologies.
