Mechanic

Job Responsibilities

1. Executing all maintenance points – recording the time used and material on the order and returning back to engineering on the same day.
2. Checking gas detection panels, fire suppression systems, and gas valves.
3. Responsible for the mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing of the kitchen.
4. Assisting other personnel in emergencies and carrying out other engineering duties as required by management and according to departmental needs.
5. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions; installing, replacing, or repairing damaged equipment; calibrating thermostatic controls.

What You Bring

1. At least 2 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
2. Relevant qualifications.
3. Diploma in Engineering.
