About the Role
TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Partner Manager. This Dubai-based role will supervise all Measurement Partners in the METAP (Middle East, Turkey, Africa, Eastern Europe) region, and report to the Measurement Head of AMA (APAC, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe). You and your leads will partner with our top METAP clients and agencies to help measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support. We seek highly-driven, empathetic individuals who are looking to build our Marketing Sciences discipline where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment to make others better will be critical for success.

What you will do

  1. Grow the team with high-performing measurement talent.
  2. Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform.
  3. Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
  4. Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams.
  5. Partner with METAP leadership to provide ongoing Measurement POV to our relevant clients and regional teams.
  6. Partner with product and partnerships teams to help prioritize the right measurement partnerships for the region.
  7. Partner with global teams to build the case for sustained team growth across additional growth teams (research, data science).

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers in Middle East / Africa where most recent responsibilities have included management, organizational growth, operational discipline and client success.
  2. A strong track record of building analytical teams with clear examples of operational discipline and strategic acumen.
  3. Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree's in a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research preferred.
  4. Experience in inferential problem-solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
  5. Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must.
  6. Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Management experience in service-based leadership.
  2. Proficiency with performance attribution measurement.
  3. Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred.
  4. Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent.
  5. Familiarity with regional industry lobby groups and measurement initiatives a plus.
