The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change. TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Partner.
This role will primarily partner with leading advertisers and agencies in the MENA and South Africa region to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.
We seek a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical skills, aiming to develop our Marketing Science discipline. Success in this role within a rapidly expanding environment depends on execution, curiosity, and a commitment to data-driven thinking, while giving priority to the empowerment of others.
This person will be primarily working with brand advertisers who are scaling performance revenues on TikTok, from CPG, Retail and Auto to Entertainment and Media advertisers. Working across both the mobile and cross-platform space, this person will have the opportunity to build measurement programs which directly influence global Measurement strategy.
