About the role

Leveraging the power of Analytics to enhance business performance through identified consumer and customer-led opportunities resulting in improved profitable growth for Haleon.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an integral part of the GNE (Gulf & Near East), becoming a key advisor and business partner by supporting brand decisions with analytics.
• Strong business partnership with marketing & commercial leads for monthly deep dives on MEA MPR (Market Performance Report).
• Translate data to action by becoming an expert in pricing-related analytics including scenario testing, price elasticity, strategic & tactical pricing analysis, and leading the annual strategic pricing review.
• Serve as the key point of contact on mix modelling (MMM), consumption and demand analytics, partnering with local teams to implement learnings and best practices in the MEA region.
• Distil complex volumes of data into actionable insights for local and regional partners.

Qualifications and skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Marketing Science/Statistics
• 7 years of experience within Consumer Healthcare or FMCG
• Knowledge of PBI or Python is a plus

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Prior experience in Analytical methodologies and analysis techniques
• Excellent storytelling skills to translate data into compelling arguments
• Ideally client-side exposure that brings the individual closer to actual business delivery and impact
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence peers and upwards.
