Materials Supervisor

Assist the Senior Supervisor & Management with daily operational requirements ensuring that the Beach Operators/Cashiers follow the standard operating procedures set by the Management.

Assist leading the day-to-day operation on the beach as per guidelines given by the Senior Supervisor and Management.

Make sure a proper inspection is conducted and followed on a daily basis for all beach facilities prior to starting the operation including but not limited to all washrooms, showers, sunbeds, day rooms, kiosks, beach area.

Ensure money handling procedures are well followed as set by the management and finance department guidelines (cash float and cash intake).

Pushing the cashiers and beach attendants on the ground to maximize sales and guaranteeing a perfect customer journey.

Handling of customer feedback and complaints and reporting back to Senior Supervisor and Management.

To perform other duties that the Management may from time to time reasonably require.

Daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements set out by management.
