Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Technical Director to achieve the target.
• Review TOK package for constructability and provide feedback to the design team.
• RFP package to be shared with Project Manager and Procurement.
• Provide technical guidance to the material team.
• Lead the material team to submit the material submittals on time.
• Check the quality of all technical submittals related to materials and lead the team to develop trackers for all projects.
• Monitor the DC for the logs as per standard norms.
• Distribute the projects between engineers.
• Follow up with Sr. Architect and Technical Architect on daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
• Issue RFI to Design Manager if any discrepancy in the issued documents.
• Follow contractor priority and highlight that to the team.
• Support engineers' team to solve the pending issues.
• Attend weekly technical meetings with the contractor.
