Job description

Job Title: Data Entry Assistant

Job Description:

  1. Enter data into different databases, especially in Microsoft Excel, and manage effective record keeping.
  2. Organize files, collect, and manage data to be entered into the computer.
  3. Collect data from various files (physical and PDF) required for population in templates.
  4. Manage the filling process for all documents/folders required for our work.
  5. Assist in day-to-day tasks as required.
  6. Good communication skills in English (written & spoken) are essential.
  7. Freshers are welcome, particularly those currently in the UAE.

Job Requirements:

  1. High School diploma or above.
  2. Proficiency in Excel/Word/MS Office; Excel is mandatory.
