Material Control Manager

- Responsible for material control and handling.
- Responsible for local purchasing & transportation at site.
- Responsible for plant construction goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.

- To analyze materials and data for compliance with QA/QC requirements.

- To monitor performance, ensuring quality control and creating documentation.

- Recommend improvements and help with alterations to any construction plans.

- Oversee the supply chain and delivery of materials.

- Other duties as assigned by the management.

- Bachelor’s/College degree in Material Science or Engineering.
(B.S. degree is much preferable)

- Advanced reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in English.
- Good oral communication skills (meetings with contractors, senior authority management, technical disciplines).
- Middle East experience preferable.
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in oil & gas field.
- Pre-contract experience.
