Role Overview:

The Pattern Maker & Master Cutter plays a pivotal role in transforming design concepts into impeccably crafted garments. Combining technical expertise with creative vision, you will work closely with our designers to create patterns and fabric cuts that reflect the exclusivity and sophistication of our high-end fashion collections.

• Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the design team to interpret sketches and translate them into accurate, functional patterns that meet luxury fashion standards.
• Develop precise manual patterns for high-end styles, ensuring perfect fit and functionality (experience in digital pattern-making is a plus).
• Utilize advanced draping techniques directly on mannequins to craft unique, tailored designs for premium garments.
• Grade patterns across standard sizes, maintaining consistency and precision.
• Execute fabric cutting with precision, particularly for bespoke and luxury orders, ensuring minimal wastage.
• Oversee prototype and sample development, ensuring alignment with design concepts and the highest quality standards.
• Participate in fittings, refining patterns to achieve flawless fit and silhouette in line with high-end craftsmanship expectations.
• Stay informed about the latest techniques, tools, and trends in luxury pattern-making and garment construction.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patterns, prototypes, and samples while ensuring an organized workspace.

• Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Pattern Maker and Master Cutter, specifically in luxury or high-end fashion.
• Expertise in manual pattern-making and grading, with a deep understanding of proportions and construction techniques for premium garments.
• Strong experience in draping and working directly with mannequins to craft unique, tailored designs.
• Advanced knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction, particularly with luxury materials.
• Skilled in executing precise fabric cutting, especially for bespoke and couture garments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship, ensuring every piece reflects the highest standards of luxury fashion.
• Problem-solving skills to address complex fit and construction challenges with creativity and efficiency.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with designers and production teams.
