Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service. This role requires someone who is professional, attentive to clients' needs, and dedicated to promoting overall wellness.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other specialized treatments.
2. Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate massage therapies.
3. Create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients.
4. Maintain detailed records of treatments and client feedback.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the treatment area.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy.
7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

1. Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
2. Valid license to practice massage therapy in Dubai.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist.
4. Proficient in various massage techniques and modalities.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
7. High level of physical stamina and dexterity.
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
