Al Amal Business Solutions is seeking dedicated individuals for multiple positions in Albania, Europe: Cleaners, Runners, Dishwashers, Waiters, Waitresses, Cooks/Chef, Commis, Hostess, and Receptionists. We encourage applicants from Asian backgrounds to apply.

Each role is crucial to the success of our operations and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Hence, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Common Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your designated area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen and dining areas

Position-Specific Responsibilities

Cleaners:

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities
• Ensure all areas are sanitized and well-stocked with supplies

Runners:

• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables

Dishwashers:

• Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing area and follow sanitation guidelines

Cooks:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes
• Assist in menu planning and ensure food quality standards

Requirements

• Must have relevant experience in the respective roles
• Strong attention to detail and good hygiene practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Asian background preferred for cultural fit and culinary expertise (for Cook role)
