1. Statement Of Functions (Primary Reason/Objective of Job Existence)
Carries out masonry installation, repair, maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Includes repairing concrete cracks, floors, walls, plaster, paints, tiles, and laying bricks, blocks, and walls for processes and non-processes buildings.

2. Work Performed

1. Receives work assignments from supervisor, determines material and tool requirements, collects requisite items, and proceeds to work site.
2. Attends all maintenance works related to the repair of concrete slabs, walls, floors, pits, cable trenches, roads, etc.
3. Removes cracked plaster; plasters and repairs walls and floors for remedial care. Repairs floor tiles and other ceramic finishes. Removes surface materials for underground works.
4. Installs new walls, floors, and partings as required.
