We are seeking a skilled Mason with 2-4 years of experience to join our construction team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of masonry techniques and be capable of constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made from brick, stone, and concrete. This role requires a commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration with other construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and maintain structures made of brick, stone, and concrete.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
• Mix and apply mortar and other materials to bind building blocks together.
• Ensure quality of work meets industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing masonry structures.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Mason, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Proficient in masonry techniques including bricklaying, stone masonry, and concrete work.
• Strong knowledge of materials used in masonry, such as mortar, grout, and sealants.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with the use of masonry tools and equipment, including trowels, chisels, and scaffolding.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
