2. Knowledge of construction and building techniques, materials, tools, and safety regulations
3. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
4. Attention to detail and excellent quality standards
5. Physical strength and stamina to work long hours in challenging environments
6. Ability to work with minimal supervision
7. Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
