Apply now for the position of Marketing Specialist for Events & Exhibitions to join our team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Your role:

1. Handling the planning, execution and reporting of tradeshows, exhibitions and conferences for the Middle East geography, liaising directly with all suppliers to ensure a successful outcome.
2. Managing relationships with key conference and exhibition organizers to map out further marketing opportunities.
3. Maintaining an analysis and outcome report of all external events / exhibitions / conferences, while also maintaining a detailed Events & Exhibitions calendar.
4. Responsible for the planning & execution of customer events and corporate events, organizing and managing workshops, signing ceremonies, meet & greets, online events and webinars.
5. Consulting Sales teams on usage of our internal sponsoring / donation / membership tools to correctly identify opportunities and ensuring internal process compliance.
6. Managing all internal company events, including Townhalls, Employee Events, Employee Gatherings, etc.
7. Taking over the responsibility for drawing financials.
8. Working on Online and Digital communication activities, on the company internet, intranet, topic landing pages.
9. Working on all communications tools related to marketing automation, newsletter generation, content management systems, artifact release processes.
10. Handling the creation of corporate presentations.

Your qualifications and experience:

1. 5-7 years of exhibitions and corporate event management experience in the healthcare sector.
2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of marketing tools and proficiency in different digital tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
7. Willingness to travel in the MEA region based on projects.
8. Flexible working hours, including weekends if there is an event coming up.
9. Must have a UAE driving license and be able to commute independently.
