Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence, drive engagement, and generate quality leads. This role requires expertise in content curation, social media strategy, paid advertising, and performance analysis. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Revenue Team to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Curate and create engaging content, including images, videos, reels, and stories, tailored to the property rental market.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and strategic posting.
- Write compelling copy for social media, website blogs, LinkedIn articles, and other marketing materials.
Social Media Management & Growth
- Manage and maintain Livbnb's social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and high engagement.
- Monitor trends in the short-term rental and property management industry to create relevant and timely content.
- Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive inquiries and bookings.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and build a strong online community.
Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan and allocate budget for paid social media campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Run targeted ads across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive lead generation for property owners.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain and manage lead records, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Work closely with the Revenue Team to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals.
- Prepare regular reports on conversions, ad performance, engagement metrics, and lead data.
- Use insights to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and drive higher ROI.
SEO & Blog Writing
- Write and publish on-page and off-page articles to improve search rankings and website traffic.
- Optimize blog content with SEO best practices, driving organic reach and visibility.
- Create LinkedIn articles and thought leadership pieces to position Livbnb as a trusted property management expert.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in real estate, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and social media strategy.
- Proficiency in social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Experience with lead generation and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and generate reports.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and blog writing.
- Experience managing WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Highly creative with excellent visual and copywriting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
