We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to ensure they are managed in line with the agreed standards.
- Provide overall support and assistance to the line manager and the department as and when needed.
- Manage projects within the agreed timelines and processes to ensure successful and timely roll-out.
- Assist with the marketing calendar for assigned customer accounts and reconcile actual activity versus planned activity.
- Ensure all activities are managed within budget and that standard operating procedures are followed for all procured activities.
- Execute the routine monthly communications activities through monthly statements, newsletters, etc.
- Write marketing briefs, coordinate with agencies, negotiating fees where required, track and manage the jobs in a systematic manner to ensure that they are delivered within the timelines.
- Manage end-to-end execution of product stands/kiosks and track and manage the installation and dismantling of stands and arrange sales collaterals as required to ensure the bank’s overall image is maintained.
- Proactively deliver a weekly status update to the line manager in line with the required standard.
- Ensure that information is accurately given in a timely manner to other departments relying on data to complete reports, i.e., Finance.
- Work with bank-approved external suppliers to deliver marketing activities as required.
- Manage supplier relationships so that the performance of said suppliers is of a standard that ADCB would expect and accept.
- Work closely with the line manager and provide support in the roll-out of various marketing campaigns.
- Complete creative and copy reviews to ensure that all material produced is in line with ADCB’s brand standards.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 4 years of marketing work experience in an organization of repute.
- Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Marketing and Advertising is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office.

- Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 13,500– AED 23,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
