Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media accounts, website content, and online advertising to engage customers and boost digital presence.
Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to tailor marketing strategies to customer needs and preferences.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
Partnerships & Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and media partners to maximize marketing reach and effectiveness.
In-Store Marketing & Merchandising: Work closely with the store operations and merchandising teams to enhance the shopping experience through effective visual merchandising and promotions.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement.
Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage in-store events, product launches, and community engagement activities to build customer loyalty.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail or supermarket industry.
