At VentureOne, we seek a passionate and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our marketing efforts across VentureOne sub-brands. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our growth objectives while aligning with the overall ATRC brand.
Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to achieve brand awareness and lead-generation goals.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including channels such as website, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Work closely with Marcomms teams internally to create high-quality content, plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Develop central marketing campaigns emphasizing the brand's overall strength and technological prowess.
- Design team-specific messaging within the campaign framework targeting relevant audiences through appropriate channels.
- Analyze data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns for better results.
Marketing Budget Management
- Develop and manage marketing budget across different channels.
- Track and analyze marketing spending to ensure efficient use of resources.
Social Media & Influencer Engagement
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Branding & Team Collateral Development
- Work with different teams across sub-brands (for example - cars, drones, buggies) to create customized branding, livery management, and oversee applications.
- Each sub-brand (example - agritech, autonomous robotics, cyber security, cryptography/quantum) will need attention for its intended target audience. Leverage design elements like secondary colors, patterns, or mascots to reflect their individuality.
- Ensure all sub-brand elements (logos, uniforms, marketing materials) maintain core brand elements like fonts and color palette variations.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to track progress and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing strategies, allocate budgets effectively, and enhance return on investment (ROI).
Other
- Support across shared services for digital, social media, and website development.
- Coordinate across multiple agencies such as social media, web development, and video production agencies to ensure different elements of the brand can be brought together as a campaign.
- Participate in any group-wide campaigns by the Marketing & Communications team.
Requirements
- Proven experience (8-10 years) as a Marketing Specialist, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns within B2B Software, Cyber Security, or robotics.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing mix, digital channels, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong English language proficiency.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
