Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and E-Commerce to ensure consistent brand messaging.
3. Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including Digital Media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
4. Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing assets.
5. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract and retain passengers.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.
7. Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of marketing campaigns.
8. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance marketing reach and effectiveness.
10. Negotiate and manage partnerships to promote passenger train services.
11. Develop strategies to enhance passenger engagement and loyalty.
12. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Academic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience and Other Skills:

1. Proven experience 5+ years in marketing role, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis tools.
4. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
