About the role:

We are looking for a Specialist - Marketing to support the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and product adoption for AIQ. This role focuses on managing high-impact events (including internal events) and executing product marketing strategies that communicate AIQ’s leadership in AI-driven energy solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute high-profile external events, conferences, and industry sponsorships to enhance AIQ’s brand presence and thought leadership.
  • Manage internal events such as townhalls, employee engagement activities, and strategic communication sessions to ensure cohesive internal branding and messaging.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, budget oversight, and on-site execution to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event content, including speaker sessions, panel discussions, and product demonstrations.
  • Measure event success against strategic goals, capturing feedback, and reporting on key performance metrics to optimize future events.

Product Marketing:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value and differentiation of AIQ’s solutions to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to create impactful go-to-market plans, including product launches, marketing collateral, and sales enablement tools.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonate with customer pain points and industry trends, driving demand and market adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning strategies.

Campaigns and Content Development:

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels, social media, email, and paid media.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including product brochures, case studies, videos, blogs, and website updates that enhance brand storytelling.
  • Ensure all content aligns with AIQ’s brand voice and strategic messaging framework.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Communications teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, event partners, and vendors to maximize brand exposure and marketing impact.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing clear ROI metrics and actionable insights.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Internal:

  • Senior Specialist, Marketing for strategy alignment and reporting.
  • Product Managers for product marketing strategy and content development.
  • Sales teams for alignment on go-to-market initiatives and lead generation.
  • Communications team for brand messaging and content consistency.
  • HR and Executive teams for internal events and employee engagement activities.

External:

  • Event organizers, marketing agencies, and strategic partners for event execution and campaign amplification.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on event management and product marketing, preferably within the technology or energy sectors.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events (both external and internal) and product marketing campaigns.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting persuasive product messaging.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
