Job Overview:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of marketing operations by coordinating efforts across internal teams, external agencies, and various marketing initiatives. You will manage campaign execution, analyze performance metrics, and help drive the alignment of marketing efforts with business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the intersection of marketing technology and business strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, SEM, content marketing, etc.) ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  2. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and business teams to ensure smooth campaign planning and execution.
  3. External Agency Management: Coordinate with external marketing agencies and vendors ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns. Use analytics to drive data-backed decision-making.
  5. Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance cross-team collaboration.
  6. Digital Channel Expertise: Work across multiple digital marketing channels ensuring campaigns are optimized for each platform (e.g. email, social, paid search, etc.).

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and digital campaigns.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Strong experience coordinating with multiple teams including marketing, product, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  3. Agency Coordination: Experience managing relationships with external agencies ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  4. Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience across multiple digital channels and marketing technologies such as email marketing, social media, SEM, and analytics platforms.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Fintech Experience: Experience in the fintech industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  2. Arabic Language: Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not required.

  1. Should be located in Dubai. (candidates outside Dubai are excluded)
